    Thanks for the recs of pinthouse everyone...went there Saturday and loved it. Great pizza and great beer.

    So will be staying at Courtyard Marriot on 4th street (downtown /convention center) tomorrow. Any must go to suggestion in that area. Appreciate any info. Never been to Austin before.

    Brew & Brew is having a BCBS event Thursday evening. Other places in walking distance are Easy Tiger, Craft Pride and Banger's.

    This post (esp the spreadsheets) and kmello's above hit the highlights. Star Bar may also have some excellent stuff left from their stout night, but I wouldn't recommend it on a Friday/Saturday night if you're just looking for beer.

    If you send an email and are able to make it before 5 you can probably buy some bottles. Those guys have posted on here before offering that to out of towners... Hit them up.

    Another vote for Pin those Pizza. Make an effort to go by if you can. They have Skarktopous on nitro right now. Brandy BA stout, and they also have the tequila barrel aged version. Both are absolutely fantastic, and the pizza is top notch also.
