    Hard to say for sure but using the past as a guide it will be rye barrel aged and have some form of coconut.
    You could almost do that if you did your own blend of coffee, vanilla rye, and 14 prop with the proportions being something like 1/2 prop, 1/4 vanilla rye, 1/4 coffee.

    Bourbon County: No Hoarders Edition

    In order to purchase this, you have to legally prove that you do not have a cellar full of hundreds of bottles of previous years' variants culled 1 per customer at a time from each stop of the delivery truck you and your van full of family, friends, coworkers, and various homeless people followed all day on the release date. :wink:

    They really shouldn't put it on the bcbcs bottle. That coffee lasts 1 year tops.

    I'm ready for Bourbon county's version of a chili stout. And they would have to DB age it.

    I pray for Bourbon County Brand Cinnamon Maple Stout.

    My favorite beer, Kane's Sunday Brunch, is a Cinnamon maple imperial milk porter. I want that, in bourbon barrels.

    I'm surprised they haven't re-visited a Pappy variant (just aged a year, not like Rare).

    Given how good Candy Cane Cthulhu is, I wouldn't mind a peppermint version of BCBS.

    A toffee nut variant could be pretty awesome, or some form of milk shake-flavored version (hell, even a malted milk shake would be insanely delicious).

    Going off of the "mexican hot chocolate" theme from this year, how about a Tres Leches BCBS? (Mexican cake with 3 types of milk, literally "3 milks").

    I'd be happy if they'd just make more of the coffee stout. That said, I would love to know what the Proprietor's Blend (the one with coconut) tastes like. Maybe they could do another variant along those "coconut" lines.

    Bourbon County Rare with Vanilla, I would sell my car and buy as much as I could...which in this day and age would be like 3 bottles tops.

    They already made a ghost pepper BCS. Would love to have a chile BCS in 12oz format and get rid of BCBW.
