Not really a cellar (I'm building a house WITH a cellar, still living with my parents for now) but this is all the beer we're keeping to mature. Almost all of the gueuzes are stocked in our depot. We distribute beverages, but this is all being kept for own use. The depot is cool all year long. We keep it there because my parents will kill me if I'd store it in their house [IMG]
There's some regular gueuze, Vigneronne, Mamouche, Iris, Bruocsela, Fou Foune, all three Lou Pepe's, kriek and 2 magnums Belgian flag there. On the right Tilquin gueuze and Quetsche. Also some 3F gueuze, kriek, Doesjel along with Girardin kriek, Framboise, black +white label. Moriau gueuze, Horal's megablens 2013, and many others.. I'm quite new to the aging process so everything is still pretty fresh.

This is a pic of our attic I'm using to store the ones I only had one or two bottles of. Attic is also cool and stable all year.

EDIT: oh....I see you are in Belgium. I take back all I said below, but I'll leave it because I bet a lot of people will have the same reaction.....

That's so rad you guys own or manage a distributor and keep a ton of hard to get beer for yourself. Soooo coool

^^^ it does when you're doing it yourself whilst having a fulltime job.

@Eriktheipaman since Cantillon isn't taking on new customers there's no point in selling their beer. Would be kind of stupid, can't sell things in a store you bought yourself without an invoice.. Anyway, I just keep it there because it's cool, pretty stable and there's more than enough room.

Moved my beer to a much better space. The basement closet actually looks like a beer cellar. Big thanks to my wife for organizing my beer!

Ah, the closet floor. In my case 2 closet floors and 1 floor-under-my-bed. Don't make for good pictures though.

A few of those cases are Firestone, Descutes, and Stone, but it's mostly Bruery. I hope to fill those wall racks with Gueuze in the near future.

Still a work in progress, but having it downstairs and out of every closet and pantry is really nice.

Here's my modest cellar, not bad since I only started in Nov of last year! I live in Norcal where rent is stupid pricy in a 3rd floor condo. I'll be posting pics of my fridge unit in my parents garage (LOL) soon...I keep the better stuff in the back so my jerk roommate doesn't get any ideas.

Here's my basement cellar. Stays right around 60 give or take a few degrees. Also consists of brewing equipment and bottles waiting to be filled. There are probably 3-5 cases worth hidden among the stuff on the ground; this is the stuff I buy at least 2 6-packs of or is aging for a longer period of time. Top shelf is mainly home brews with the exception of the few cans there.

Sharing another angle of our room we call the "Imbibery". His & Hers. Her wine cabinet, his beer cellar. A nice little addition after the kids have moved out. [IMG]
