I screwed up, those 4 beers will be on over the next 2 weeks. I'll be sure to let anyone interested know which ones are when. Thanks

Hey Jon, what would it take to sell fresh growlers at Tony's? Is it a different license that will come in the future? Or is it just a volume issue right now?

@TheGitster I would need to register a label for it. I don't forsee ever selling growlers at any stores to be honest. However, I am in the middle of getting a label or 2 prepared so that we can sell some sort of packaged beer. More than likely either 16.9oz, 22oz or 750ml. I would probably start by releasing some at brewery and then possibly send some to a limited amount of stores. The 2 beers I'm about to register are Our Daily Bread and Geek Nip. Both IPA's. Thanks for asking!

Just an FYI, we will be open tomorrow, February 13, from 2-6pm as well as Saturday 11am-3pm. So far looks like its the last bit of Behold! Pale Ale, AHOP - Hoppy Blonde and He Died With His Boots On DIPA. More Geek Nip in the fermenter for next week.

Well, hope it lasted. On my way now. Had to stop at NEBCO; I'm pathologically incapable of saying no to Gold Stock.

No worries, it was nice to meet you too. Looking forward to opening those growlers, I suspect my old brewing partner and I are really going to enjoy them. I like the space you guys have too, hope things keep moving forward. Timing probably couldn't be better (to start a brewery I mean; I think what you guys are doing fits in really well with the region as a whole).

    nice.

definitely suggest people check these guys out. great addition to the CT beer scene, and exactly how i hope the future of beer goes: little operations springing up everywhere supplying people with crushable hop forward beer that you can find absolutely fresh without difficulty.

was very pleased with the two beers i tried this weekend. hoppy blonde could be a fridge staple for me, especially in the summer.
