I was talking with a friend the other day and he brought this up. I've not seen or had it before. Would it be possible? I think it would be awesome! What say you?

Actually, all of Sierra Nevada's canned beers are can conditioned. It works great for them. Cheers!

I don't think the Summerfest is conditioned (if they're still canning it), or the Nooner.

I believe you're right. Only their Ales are can conditioned, the Lagers aren't.

    And I don't think it's all of the top-fermenters either. @sierranevadabill ?

Right now we're only doing can-conditioned Pale Ale. Torpedo and Nooner are tank conditioned, and we don't do Summerfest cans anymore.
We haven't bottled-conditioned any of our lagers.
I'd actually love to see a can-conditioned kellerbier (I'm a sucker for kellerbiers). We're brewing a kellerbier on our Mills River pilot system soon and I'm planning to do firkins...sadly, that's probably as close as I'll get in the near future.

Well jeeze, if anyone's got the where-with-all in reach it's you -- I'll cast my "yes" vote for that.
    Say wha...?
