Hangover Beers?

Any beer with breakfast, and a few ice glasses of water.

 

Generally speaking, if I get a hangover, I won't want to touch alcohol for at least a couple days. When I have one, I'll drink a couple bottles of Ginseng Ice Tea, have a good lunch at like 1 or 2, schedule permitting, and I'm usually good to go. I still won't drink for a while, though...

 

When I have a hangover I don't reach for another beer, I usually drink lots of water. However, I've heard that cheladas are great for hangovers but I've never had one with a hangover. Besides the water, lots of sleep.

 

Of course. It comes with the hobby. I was 8% body fat, great shape, six pack, blah blah back in 2012. Then I got into the craft beer scene pretty heavily. Which has lead to me being in terrible shape now and about 15% bf. And yes, Gatorade has added to the waste expansion too. I just love beer. Every. Single. Night.
But, I do drink water heavily daily. In fact besides beer, water is all I drink (with the occasional Gatorade of course) all day.

 

Anything that has a kick, hair of the dog that bite ya.................

 

Love me a good morning stout. Nothing hoppy. Occasionally a nice tank 7 and some OJ can hit the spot.

 

Never done a hair if the dog, usually feeling too shitty to even think it.

I usually don't feel like drinking or eating anything with a bad enough of hangover.
I just lie in bed wishing I'd die.

 

How bad? Typically if I'm hungover my palette even feels shot the next day. So lots of water or gatorade, followed by blasting Clutch, Faith No More, or Voivod as loud as possible. You will feel the alchohol come out of your pores.

A pint of electrolyte water and some regular water before bed and a pint of the former in the morning too. Depending on the severity, a nice sweaty bike ride often helps work the rest out. After that, it can be whatever I'm in the mood for.

Nooner or Duquesne Pilsner, ice cold, pb&J or a can of tuna. 10 cigarettes.

 

Back in collegiate days, I needed Burger King/grease to quell a hangover. Nowadays, when I get the rare hangover, I just drink H2O.

 

Victory Golden Monkey worked like charm this past Sunday...I was only slightly hung over though.

 

Same here. Im surprised it took this many posts before someone said it.

In my 20's I rarely got hangovers.
Now...all it takes is smelling a bruery anniversary beer and my head hurts.
