I prefer my bourbon in an adjacent glass.

Yup. I'd much rather be served a pint of Anchor Flying Cloud, which I tried this weekend and really enjoyed, in addition to a Basil Hayden's.

I have the reverse with Grapefruit. I'm not super fond of it on its own but I love it in beer.

Chili peppers, especially smoked peppers. I either get too much heat or I taste some vegetal flavor like I'm drinking soup. I've had several but Stone's Xocoveza is the only one I'd drink again.

Cucumber...I had Cigar City Cucumber Saison last week. Horrid. I should have drained poured it, but I choked it down.

Pineapple - never had a pineapple beer I liked all that much
Blood Oranges - always seems to disappoint, in fact any orange juice. I like orange peel though!

If you are ever in Minnesota, I strongly suggest you try Dangerous Man Peanut Butter Porter. Or trade for a crowler. If you like the flavor of peanut butter I promise you will like this beer.

The day I give up being a smart ass will most likely never happen. It's hard wired. A sign in a bar that I ran years ago read: "I'm not a fast bartender, I'm not a slow bartender, I'm a half fast bartender". I like jokes be they good ones, bad ones, or indifferent ones.

I'm surprised that "Cat piss" is not a top 5 entry

It may be a hard get but if you ever have the chance to try it at a tasting or trade for it, Schell's Starkeller Peach is legit.

Currently cherries. I've only had a few beers with cherries in them, but I didn't care for any of them. They all tasted like cough syrup.
