    I'm having this really incredible German pilsner in Berlin! I could see this really getting a lot of attention in the international arena going forward...if only people would buy pilsners.

    Grimm Lambo Door baby! I had to leave work on lunch yesterday and go on a big hunt, but I was able to snag 6 cans. Beer is 5/5. AMAZING.

    Acoustic Kitty Oat DIPA from South Street, brewed right here in VA. After kind of actively ignoring South Street for a good while, I've really been coming around lately on some of their hoppy offerings. This brew in particular is pretty impressive, very big & balanced. Go ahead, South Street!

    I'm going to garnish these with peanuts and lime but aren't they pretty. They are baked. The zucchini is a family favorite. You slice it right and you stop frying when the oil gets muddy. So in the wok, an appetizer. Cheers!
