Never seen The Barista by Clown Shoes? It's an imperial brown ale brewed with espresso, oats, and milk sugar. It's delicious. It tastes like coffee ice cream.

Whoops. And it would seem that someone beat me to suggesting The Barista.

Only a matter of time before they throw this in some barrels

In PA, we have free will brewing which makes a coffee oatmeal brown ale, decent abv. I will be all over this. Also love that it's sumatra.

Hopefully I'll find this someday. I just found Imperial Stout two weeks ago, and still haven't found Curmudgeon!

Yep, definitely looking forward to trying. I have been generally impressed with all of Founder's beers.

Sumatra Brown sounds good. Founders will be getting even more of my money.

The barrel aged version of this is incredible. It was on during the 2012 KBS release and stole the show.

Sumatra Mountain Brown has been a Taproom only beer for quite a few years now, going back before 2010.

After thoroughly enjoying the hell out of perrins hot box I am super thrilled at this release. Brown ales for me lately had been seemingly thin and lacking flavor after living on big beers all the time but then came hot box and completely changed that view.

I was surprised they do something so similar to Breakfast Stout. Not that I'm complaining!

How is the mouth feel on this? Most of the Brown Ale's I've tried have a very thin mouth feel to it, though I don't expect that with this beer as it is an Imperial Brown at 9%.

Port Board Meeting is a coffee brown ale. I remember it being pretty good.

Sounds amazing, I think Founders might be one of the best breweries when it comes to dark beers, KBS, FBS, FIS, even their porter is really good. I'm pretty sure this one will be just as good.
