Agreed with Hill Farmstead - Have only had Dorothy and Arthur, both were damn good, but would love to get their IPA's in my belly.

As a piece of advice to all those that are going for the first time...

Make sure to pick up a name tag at the entrance and write your name on it! This is the quickest way to make friends and remember the people you share with. Now they aren't in the open so you'll have to ask for them as you go through the gates. Bonus points: add your BA name on there for the early afternoon meet up!

 

PROTIP: Don't wait in line. Stay outside the gates and bottle share until the line dies down. Then go in when there is no line. Nothing worse than getting to the front of the line and having to throw out whatever you have open, or have to cycle back to the end of the line until it's gone.

What should I do if it's cold? Do I still have to share my beer then?

 

Pro Tip: If it's hot out, freeze your water bottles to keep the beer cold. If it's cold out wear pants

 

you do still have to share....but as always be careful when walking around with open bottles so as not to jostle them too much or pop the top.

 

Pro Tip: If its cold outside set yourself on fire.

 

Since this is my first time going, anyone care to enlighten me on what the tap/guest tap selection has looked like in years past. I did a quick Google search, but didn't find a lot of info.

How is the uber situation from Lincoln park area to FFF and back during the event?

 

You could do it, but it would be pricey. I'd honestly suggest getting on one of the shuttles via Jak's Tap or Beer Temple - bonus is that you'll (hopefully) make friends on the trip out there by sharing & drinking.
