    Rub the side of your nose , helps disappear the lacing or head, poke the bug, flick it in a proper bug body zone. Proceed to drink. K.I.S.S.

    If anything, little critters like that are a source of protein :wink:

    On a serious note, I would just pick out the bug If I was able. There's no way I would drain pour a beer because of a bug.

    20-ounce Duvel tulip. Bug was at the very bottom and I could not reach it. Careful drinking allowed me to finish the beer with the bug remaining at the bottom.

    Years ago I at the ballgame and my buddy had finished about half a beer when he noticed there was a roach on the bottom of the cup. He was not a happy camper. I think he took that beer back.

    I remember drinking a barrel aged stout and not seeing the bee fly into it. Took a sip and felt something in
    my mouth and before I could spit it out it stung the inside of my lower lip. I was dribbling stout down my lip the
    rest of the afternoon.

    If you are drinking an IPA and a grasshopper or cricket fly in there, keep them there. It will add more "hops"...

    Of note for when it is bug season, the little lady and I both bring out 2 coasters, not for the bottom of the glass but the top to keep the gnats, and in the fall, the hornets out of the beverage of our choosing.
