Another gorgeous day in store here on the North coast....got in a nice, windy sail yesterday afternoon....perfect winds!

Some Icelandic white ale with berries - digging the viking with sunglasses on the can! Haha

Drank part of this Clown Shoes Whammy Bar IPA where it meant to be drank last night; the hot tub. Now catching the local news. The wife is over at the neighbor's doing a yard sale. Making some smoked Salmon Bagels soon, will take some over to her & our neighbor, just relaxing right now...

 

Good morning BAs! Today's breakfast beer is the one I was placing lovingly in the cooler when the car struck me. Fortunately, it's pretty darn good. Unfortunately, not quite worth a broken leg.

 

Side by side of Galaxy and Citra Pseudo Sue. Galaxy was the more popular choice among our tasting team. Citra, while delicious, was deemed too close in flavor profile to that of regular Sue.

Good Saturday BAs. A gorgeous morning here so I'm sitting outside doing some reading (Noir City Annual 2015) and having my "coffee" of Founders Sumatra Mountain. Wonderful stuff. Going to start smoking some ribs in a little while. Woohoo!

But this one is one to celebrate on many levels--but, given my oft-proclaimed (tiringly so, I imagine, to many) pet-peeve tirades regarding the purity of the "N" in WBAYDN...to the simplistic element of sipping and swapping in the moment at the communal WBAYDN bar...this post serves as a role model to the misguided and maladjusted

share the beer you drink now---the "key" to get you in the "N"...and also share from the past exploits and experiences...

awesomeness and so simple and pure and aligned to the objective of the thread...

take note and abide.......all BA's who post of the past and future...and are missing the point and the moment

Last night's WOW beer. ABV was definitely noticeable, but truly an amazing beer.

 

Definitely weird.

The Wigsplitter was the Now (now past). The others, no better place to share than here and why not addend them to the same post? I probably could share one more round of them in my next "N" post, I suppose I could keep them to myself. I'm so enticed by and enjoy others' posts when they do that, I can't imagine it not being appreciated as an addition to a "Now" post.

The best beer I've ever tried.

 

Can we proclaim this as Father's Day weekend...to extend the right, and obligation, to celebrate....and enjoy a fine beer in the AM (not that I/we need an excuse, nor reason, but some semblance of justification to the outside world helps to alleviate any guilt....if needed...right??)

No matter, drink on...and this is a new one to me (not sure why i held out)...but a very tasty one, no doubt
