Remarkable looking beer. Crisp, clean, and refreshing, definitely one of the better saisons that I've had . . . although still not as good as Boulevard's Saison Brett in my opinion.

This is from last weekend but unfortunately I didn't end up posting anything on here. Now, I know I'm not actually drinking this beer right now at this very moment, but it was so damn good that I felt obliged to honor it in this post.

Probably the most badass label design I've ever seen (SW fan here), and also one of the smoothest beers I've had for this alcohol level. Pours out like oil and coats the tongue with a rich & smooth velvety texture, super tasty and easy to drink. Glad to see that Stone is releasing this one every year.


Just realized that the new Crystal Castles album finally came out today, super excited!

Cool. I've never had it until now. I overlook their (Nynäshamn) bottles usually since its hard to shell out 30 crowns for a bottle, yet per liter its the same price as most standard Swedish craft beers .

 

Weyerbacher IPA #2.. cheers!

 

This is a great gose! The peach is just present enough and the finish is super clean. Great summer brew

My condolences.

 

Fridge space has hit the critical stage and it's resembling a liquid hop farm, so it's time to eliminate another straggler. A very ominous shelf cloud came down off the lake shortly after my last post. It thankfully didn't produce much rain, but sure wreaked some havoc with it's wind. Cheers to calmer less humid conditions now!

Wife has a visit to do in Denver today, to do a public reading, so probably won't join you today in the action, because..... I hear Denver has no good beer. None. Nope. Couldn't possibly... [insert giant wink here].

Just finished mowing the yard for the 3rd time in 10 days. There has been so much rain and heat its like living in the tropics, definitely not Minnesota normal. I have a few Double Jacks to help me cope, cheers!

 

I can't wait to get back to Comrade and Station 26 in about a month! Have a few for me in the meantime.
