What beer are you drinking now? #1404

Prairie's newest and most unique farmhouse thus far, has a slight barrel aged flavor although it hasn't touched a barrel. Subtle hops mesh with the typical funky yeast flavor nicely.

 

How is the shoulder doing?

 

As well you should.

Drinking Finback's Smooth Beats Miami coconut IPA

Now does that mean Miami has smooth beats, or something smooth beats Miami ?

I know to never trust a fart, but I've also learned to never trust a can...

Poured the back-end of the pint into a separate glass in case there was a secret load of sediment sitting down there...

Whatta delicious brew! A collab with J. Wakefield, featuring Equinox, El Dorado and Zythos hops. Got that hazy look and plush feel, with soft tropical and citrus impressions; lightly sweetened coconut flavors are subtle but appreciable - a real treat. 6.2% abv.
One can limit at my store on Long Island.

I skipped Finback my last few times in NYC...but sounds like they are becoming a must-visit! That sounds incredible.

 

Been holding onto this rum barreled stout from my favorite brewery for a while, today seems like a good day to drink it.

 

Apostrophe is a very nice IPA.

 

How can anyone compete with @BeerVikingSailor? He's got around 500 glasses. He should be in the professional division!

Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale.. I know it's still summer and they taste better when the leaves are falling, but I've never had it and I wanted to try it while it was still relatively fresh.. cheers!

What a beautiful day! Nice and warm, very little humidity.
The plumber came this morning and fixed the leak in the shower. Unfortunately he had to cut into the drywall to do it. But, it's fixed.
Now waiting for the furnace guy to come do the yearly maintenance. While I wait I am enjoying BP Pumpkin Down

Just thought I would but in and mention that my right shoulder has been hurting on and off for years but the last six months have been brutal. I could not found a comfortable enough spot to sleep.

I finally went to the doc and he referred me to a PT. The therapy has worked wonders! No pain while sleeping (sleep is difficult but for an unrelated reason). My range of motion has gone from pathetic to not-so-bad.

I only bring this up as a public service announcement. PT may be an option. A lot of good beer is also an option.
