Finally packaged. Bottle is every bit as good as tap versions from last year and this year. The coffee just takes Deths Tar over the top and beyond!

Considerably worse than the Evil Twin Copy Paste I had earlier. I have three requirements for a good IPA : freshness, a good amount of either dank or citrus, and a crisp juicy finish. This had none of those. I dumped 8 of the 12 oz. Do not regret it.

I've had this once before, and it's interesting, but not my cup of tea. I like the coffee, but the pine...I'm just so confused on this beer. Anyways, I'm out. Goodnight BA.

    - It's Lagunitas... in a can? Not sure how I am just seeing these in North TX, but I had to do a double-take to even recognize what I was looking at.

Anyhow, great beer. Typical smooth-bodied, über-tasty, hop-forward offering from these guys, but the nose! Oh, the nose...

As soon as you crack the can you're hit with a blast of grapefruit, pineapple, a sweet peach-ish smell, pine, and a mild dankness. It's amazing.

So my boys 6 and 8 discovered through the elementary school grapevine that there is no Santa Claus. They didn't seem very disappointed, now that they can just focus on mom and dad for their presents. After I put them to bed, I opened my first one of these, and all I can say, is "Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus". This is like a liquid chocolate cake whose soul mate happens to be a tasty stout... whoa. Cheers..

Opened my "12 Days of Milkshake Stouts" from Rochester MIlls and kicking it off with the Imperial variant. wasn't sure about this one at first, but it got better with every sip. Solid beer for sure!

One hundred years ago....second grade....Mrs. Larson's class.....morning recess....Torbin Slider tried to tell us Santa was really our parents. He had the snot beat out of him and half the class was put in detention. Don't mess with legends. :grimacing:

That reminds me of the great line at the end of this scene.
By the way-do you know whatever became of Torbin Slider?
