    Heres a new place for us to discuss 2017 of the Bruery Reserve and Hoarders Society.

    INCLUDED BEERS AND MERCHANDISE (RESERVE)


    10 BEERS, INCLUDING:

    Two bottles each of:

    Rue D'Floyd™

    Mash & French Toast™

    Beauregarde™

    Black Tuesday® - Port


    One bottle each of:

    Befuddlement™

    Wineification™ with Zinfandel

    RESERVE SOCIETY BRANDED:

    Spiegelau 15.25 oz. Cognac Snifter

    Commemorative Pin

    Initial package pickups are anticipated to be ready on January 2. More details will be announced near year-end 2016. January allocations are expected to begin on January 9, with fulfillment beginning January 16.


    A NOTE ABOUT SALES IN 2017


    Our sales cycle is evolving with our platform and production in 2017. Traditional allocations will be conducted over one week periods, typically beginning on the first Monday of the month (Society Member Monday) and continuing until end-of-day Sunday. For example, February 2017 allocations are expected to begin on Monday, February 6 and conclude at midnight on Sunday, February 12.

    We expect to implement functionality that will allow you to get additional bottles following an allocation period - before bottles become available to others to purchase (that is, if any bottles remain). Some beers will be more limited and/or exclusive in nature, such as beers included with your 2017 Society membership. Other beers may be “exclusive” to the extent that no quantities remain following a Society allocation. The amount we produce of each brand will greatly impact which beers may be available to others following their Society release. Your best bet for acquiring the beers you want - always at a discount - is early in your allocation period.

    Beers will be ready for pickup or delivery one week following their release (typically, the Monday following Society Member Monday). As in recent past, beers will be available to sample at The Bruery Tasting Room on Society Member Monday (which is one week before these beers are planned to be ready for pickup / delivery.)

    Just got the Society Kickoff tickets, are these to be picked up before the event or just bringing your I.D to event is suffice?

    Just bought 2 tickets to the kickoff event (RS 2017), I was given 10% due to my PS loyalty discount (PS member for 4 consecutive quarters). When I emailed them and asked if I should have been given a 15% discount they said, "The 15% discount will begin to apply on or around January 1, 2017."

    Did they remove BT Port? Didnt see it in the email, or it could be that my vision sucks.

    The email only lists what's in the initial package. The rest of the included beers won't be available until later in the year.

    The email I got a few weeks back about the party said "$29.99, society discount already included". So, I don't think you should have received a discount off of that. I'm seeing 15% off of bottles and the growler.

    Edit: something is messed up with the cart. If I have one bottle, one growler, and one party ticket, I get 15% on the bottle and the growler and no discount on the party. But If I drop the bottle (I was only testing), I get 10% off of the growler and the ticket. If I drop the ticket, I get 15% off of the growler.

    help a reserve noob out. I'll probably make it down to the Bruery 7-10 times throughout the year to pick up bottles. Right now, I'm feeling particularly cheap and am thinking on passing on the growler as I don't know if I'll get a lot of use out of it. Any strong opinions on the quality of the growler fill options and how much I may regret passing?

    I agree with dirtyhalos above. It will be worth it in order to get those fills of Society-only brews. You'll be kicking yourself if the only reason you can't take 32oz of gold home is because you didnt have the proper container.

    I am particularly excited to get this, fill it up with something epic, then take it home to my new Fizzics system and see how it changes my favorite breweries beer qualities since my 64oz Bruery Growler can't fit inside but this 32oz will! :-)
