Yes evwrytime I ask for it its gone. Just another brewery in Asheville like wicked weed. I'm going back and getting another six pack, if u see sunshine city IPA or hitch hiker grab it. The beer store where I saw surf wax had 3 cases just laying out cause the knew it would be gone

I love the hazy IPA's from Bissel Trillium and the like but it's those mix of East and West IPA's like Epiphany, 87, and Daikaiju I love over either style alone.

I thought it was overly boozy last year so I was going to skip it this year, you may have changed my mind on that.

@Dragginballs76 also sent me stuff from Wicked Weed. Seems the area has a couple of outstanding breweries. My wife and I (and the grown kids mooch a free vacation) go to the Outer Banks, NC a lot. I will be looking for these Ashville brews while there. However, if they are like Veil; in Richmond, the only way you can get their beer is by visiting the brewery.

It has the most breweries in a 5 square mile, pernicious IPA is unbelievable.Good plan to vacation the outer Banks, always wanted to go there.

OH needs a chill pill or some originality on those names, loved Double Mosaic Dream and Daydream in Green, but holy crap DDHDMD, that's ridiculous even as an acronym.

I like em all....but lately I'm leaning towards pure west coast style. Tragically Hopped from Great North Aleworks NH stunned me. Cant wait to get my hands on more.

Last one of these. Released on May 2nd. Getting old. As I was typing this I was thinking that I was an ass. Really, a week old and already outdated! Very stupid.

10 hours after beer #1, we have beer #2. It's a 13.4% barleywine from Hair of the Dog/de Molen called "Binkie Claws=Doggie Claws." Which leaves me confused because HotD appears to have made an entirely different barleywine called Doggie Claws.

Anyway, this beer's about 2 years old. I grabbed it on sale a month or so ago at Wilbur's in Fort Collins. Has some nice orange/honey flavors going on. But WOW it is bitter! Even after 2 years, the bitterness threatens to overwhelm every thing else. Still pretty hot as well.

An interesting beer, but slightly unhinged.

Isn't this the same beer but brewed at a different location? Doggie Claws is great, and is even better after 5-6 years. Cheers!
