Had heard good things about Wiley Roots and was excited to get the chance to try some. Tap and Handle of course with a loaded tap list. Rather quick review.
Poured a light yellow hazy color with two fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Rather serene setting underneath. Outstanding sporadic lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, stone fruit, pineapple juice, sugary tangerine and grapefruit. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted mellow Mosaic, Citra, pineapple juice, stone fruit, grapefruit, apricot and citrus pulp. (Taste - 3.75)
Light-to-medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Really liked this. May have rated it higher if I had it first. (Overall - 4.00)
