    Tinypic is on crack (and no, stop suggesting imgur, that thing gave me headaches), but went back to try one of these again: OB Coffee IPA. Nice. Little discreet on the coffee end, but glad for it, not sure I'd want it to be dominant. Have a great day, all!

    Aye, you seem to be mostly enjoying heffe or weissbier these days. Can't handle those darker beers with the heat possibly?

    Starting on the light side after turning some good times running this morning. After Saturday's subpar 5k performance it's time to crank it up a notch. A slightly tart cherry taste to this easy drinker from the Transient maigre series. This will work as I ice my muscles while watching the end of Dan Patrick. Cheers gang!

    Heard this blasting from a car on my run today and it stuck with me.

    look: 3.25 | aroma: 3.5 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.75

    Light lemon yellow color with white cap.

    Aroma of light citrus, floral and a touch of spice with underlying sweet malt.

    Taste is lightly tartly, sweetly maltly, lemony with a touch of salt.

    Light texture with balancing carbonation.

    It seems to be some sort of sweet tart version of a beer. A beach thirst quencher that I imagine would go well with food cart cuisine.

    Yes, I kind of rediscovered weissbeer recently. And I did bring home about 50 bottles from Germany last week (also pilsners an lager) :grinning:

    Certainly good beer styles for sunny days. Nice large bottles too. I stay a bit of the heavier dark beers during summer. Recently found Ballast Point's Victory at Sea. But I think I'll keep it till next fall.

    Staying in the Southwest suburbs this morning. These guys are doing amazing stuff right now, especially with the Northeast IPAs. And Mike the owner is a good guy.
