    Good Morning BA
    I hope I didn't mess this up. First time starting the thread. I'm celebrating my new Devotee status with this 5 month old stout and some mac & cheese. I might get a night off in a couple days and I'm cautiously optimistic.

    Boy I like home made butter. It's better because it;s fresh and light. Oily yes but light with freshness and not too much salt. It takes ten lousy minutes to make it. Cheers!

    A patio beer while I water the plants on a sunny humid day. It smells like August with an air quality alert, assorted pollen and mildew. We really could use some rain to scrub the air. Going to head inside to the AC when the task is finished. Cheers gang!

    Leffe Royale Whitbread Golding. Bottle looks nice I think, with some of the atractive details of this beer on the label. Poperinge, Flanders … Sigh …
    Taste of what is inside the bottle is not disappointing at all :slight_smile:

    At Chili's on the C concourse in the Detroit airport, this is Griffin Claw's Norm's Raggedy Ass IPA, a very nice West Coast-style IPA. Is there anything better than a good beer whilst waiting for a plane at the airport? I say no.

    Heineken is the beer I've always wanted to like, but just can't get into it. I purchase it a couple of times a year to see if it will change my mind, but it doesn't.

    Giving Short's Slurm Lord another try. This is a beautiful looking beer with a weird floral/soapy/citrus taste and acidic burn. I've never eaten a laundry pod in my life, but I'm imagining it might taste like this. I'll leave the others alone for a few weeks hoping they mellow out. Live and learn...

    Oit at my booth at the Benton County Fair. The crazy dog lady showed up, so a beer is in order.

    A smuggled into Minnesota Yuengling is in order.

    This is my second beer of the day after a smuggled Spotted Cow.

    I love beer smuggling.

    Even from tap it's not very wonderful. But for a Worldwide beer it's not bad however.
    I tend to think of this beer like Mac Donald's food. Combination could make both nice, but that's not available around here.
