    I love that it is "just" leftovers in the morning, but you have a beautiful plate and you sprinkled some fresh herbs on top.

    My first thought on tasting was, and I kid you not, this tastes like an all malt PBR. Then no, this brew manages to be both richer and lighter than PBR without that one's rough edges. There is sweet malt flavor on entry that melds into something spritzy mid palate then finishing on a definite whoosh of carbonation. I know, that's a sound rather than a flavor, I'm just describing the sensation.
