Trying to get back in the swing of things spent the weekend in Richmond at Triple Crossing, The Veil and The Answer. I was also lucky enough to meet up with @vabeerguy and his lovely wife at The Answer where we shared some great beer and wonderful conversation had a great time. I cannot wait to get back up that way and meet up again!!! Starting tonight with Old Nation The Fine Stranger a great beer from @Smokesnotes !!

 

Pretty nice brew, surprised me.

Today's (11/13/17) Review:
Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy golden body with nice, sticky lacing. Nose of all tropical fruit. Taste mirrors nose very nicely with an orange pith bitter finish. Very nice feel and overall, an even better brew than the earlier version I had. Cheers!

Canned 11/08/17.
Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy golden body with some lacing. Nose of slight tropical fruit, citrus, and some dank, earthy pine. Taste of dank citrus and dank pine with a really nice mellow bitter finish. Nice feel and overall another great offering from Everett, MA. Cheers!

 

I'm my second hill farmstead difference & repetition #5, simcoe, galaxy, hallertau blanc. sure am glad shaun hill was lying all those years ago when he said he wouldn't send kegs of his beer all over NYC.

while the deleueze work that is the beer's namesake is utter trash, the beer is delicious. hallertau blanc's grapefruit / melon along with galaxy and simcoe dank and hill farmstead's perfected cereal malt backbone. great stuff.
