    The perfect contrast to my last beer, I have to say that this kind of malty, resinous, piney, bitter IPA is really the kind of IPA I enjoy the most and have really been craving after all these pansy-ass NEIPAs I've been drinking of late :stuck_out_tongue:. I could do without the relatively strong pineapple note though, to be honest.

    Of all courses, this (Shinnecock) is one of the ones I'ld like to experience.

    im starting to feel pretty good now. gonna get some dishes done and watch a movie.
    first time trying this, glad I went straight in and got the 4 pack. The chamomile notes are interesting, good to break away from my usual picks

    My Beer Cheese dip came out more, CORN dip. It's tasty but needs more cheese. It's more of a side dish than a dip. I could add a big block of Velveeta and some Pace Picante and it would have the consistency I think it ought to have. I wouldn't make it again. I'd rather have a corn chowder.

    Fantastic stuff by Founders once again. Very complex and well-balanced. I'm not usually a fan of barrel-aged IPAs, but I think it works quite well with a Red IPA like this.
