Good morning and greetings from Brussels! I fly all day today... back home. But I had a delicious breakfast accompanied with an Orval. Now I'm packing and enjoying a glass of Duchesse de Bourgogne. My bag weighs 49.5lbs by my scale, with the limit set at 50. Time to for some problem solving.

And a rather stellar beer store I just wandered into. I have a thing for glassware, but I don't feel comfortable flying with a lot of it....

    Cheers.

Most airlines will actually allow you to travel with glassware in your hand luggage.

Forget the glassware. Empty out whatever is in your bag and throw one of those Westvleteren crates in there immediately!

I made great progress yesterday. Most of the rooms are ready for the packers and loaders.
Today will be trips to Goodwill and to the dump.
    My last one of these.

I have a theory movers are the primary support group for Goodwill.

Doc no breakfast sandwich? I am going to miss pictures from that counter top with a nice coffee stout, your Breaking Bad signature mug, and a breakfast sandwich. Respect!

Something friendly and refreshing to get the gears meshing . . .

Hazy lighter shade of gold color with bountiful cap and lacing.

Aroma of sweet malt and floral hops tinged with tropical fruits.

Flavor on entry leans toward the hops which are sharper and less fruity than the scent implies. It's a richer sort of piquant flavor that dominates but doesn't overwhelm the malt. These flavors stay the same all the way through with the fruit diminishing while the malt builds toward the finish but hops are what carry the show.

Lervig Perler for Svin (Pearls for Swine). Listed as an English IPA and... Nah, it ain’t. Very much ’Murican, and damn good, as everything Lervig does. Watching The Last Jedi on Blu-Ray.

for the record I cooked the onions with the Haze just read it and realized it doesn't really read that way. About 2oz of haze into 2 onions
