    Courtesy of @Shanex my first beer today is Cherry Chouffe:



    I love cherries and this beer is bursting with sweet dark cherries flavor! Lite body, yet juicy feel. Drinks like cherry juice, no hint of the 8%, or usual strong golden flavors; this bad boy is all about the cherries. Thank you mon ami!

    Just had to look it up again and I was surprised that Cherry Chouffe already was retired and brewed only once in 2017:

    I’ve had a number of Omnipollo beers in Sweden and stateside. Until now I’ve only had this one at home, and I thought it was good. THIS however, is absolutely fantastic. Tons of peach, pineapple and mango. Slight bitterness and dryness. Drinks no where near 8%.

    Clear gold color with white cap and very good lacing.

    Aroma of sweet, bready malt and floral, spicy hops.

    Flavor on entry is solid malt with a substantial supporting hop presence. Malt leans toward fresh baked rolls that are rich without being sweet and the hops sing along in harmony. Very clean, very polished, very good.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    Another from the German Pilsner mold that's well crafted and by me well appreciated.

    It really is a beautiful thing, craft at its finest... My girlfriends ask me all the time why don't I stare at her the same way I gaze at my beer haha

    Nøgne Ø Ruby Blonde. A red currant blonde ale. With about 4,5% ABV almost a 'light' Nøgne Ø I guess.
    A good beer to enjoy outside in the Sun. By coincidence it also says so in the commercial description on the bottle:

    Fruity and fresh blonde with red currant. Malty body and Belgian yeast balances the acidity of the berries. Topped with American hops. Enjoy cold, preferably in the sun.
