I am back home after an amazing Saturday journey. I visited with @beermanben, then went to the Cannibal Corpse concert in Madison, WI. As usual, I completely dominated the mosh pit. Since most people have not experienced owning a death metal mosh pit at a sold-out venue, here is some footage that I took while a bunch of people were trying their hardest to knock me over, but failing.

Man Surly seems to be doing it right. They have a day for selling Darkness but, it doesn't seem impossible to get your hands on any other time unlike Dark Lord. I remember flying to Minneapolis in march getting on a train and being surprised they still had the barrel aged stuff on draft. I love three floyds and all but, fuck off charging people to sit in a gravel parking lot that is all muddy after the rains just to spend $15 per bomber on a beer you can only get once a year.

 

What the fuck it's Sunny in Wisconsin? Living half hour south of lake michigan has all the disadvantages of living near a great lake and none of the advantages like having something pretty to look at regularly. At least I don't get well water like the people a couple towns over.

Yes I would never wait in the mud for it ever again. Hell I had it on draft at dark lord day before and debated not waiting in line to pick up my allotment. But, there was free beer in the line and my judgements weren't the best at the moment for whatever reason

This beer was gifted to me by @goingbrokeonbeer . On its face it sounds awful a Wild Ale brewed white white chocolate and ginger. It is also a whopping 14% ABV. It is actually quite good and the alcohol is completely hidden.
