    Fucking @scream made me drink this wine. Wanted me to drink bourbon but I fought him off. By the way where is that dude. Seems he does not come alive until midnight. Like a fucking vampire.

    Anyway, graduated from beer. my last pic for the night. Maybe not my last post though.

    Energy City Milkshake Haida Peach (Citra/Centennial, vanilla, lactose, peaches). Once this warms it is awesome. Tons of peach and plenty of vanilla, along with a tiny dose of dank citrus and tropical from the hops. So good.

    Was here earlier then I had a whiskey & wine break. Now I need to chase a beer and read for a bit. I will be back. When I am I want to know how the nosebleed stuff is @vabeerguy ??

    I am normally abnormal until about 1 AM

    Hey, it's snowing, again.
    Calling for 6-10 inches by the AM.
    3-4" out there right now.
    Skiers are lovin' it!
    Big old guys with little shovels?
    Not so much!
    Here's a new-to-me:

    12 oz. can.
    Gentle to moderate pour yields a big white head over a nice and bright, light golden body with some thick, sticky lacing. Nice nose of citrus and pine. Taste mirrors nose nicely with an easy finish of citrus with a bit of pine resin. Nice feel and overall, a great little 7%er. Cheers to San Diego!

    Just busting your balls dude. My wife took mine many moons ago.

    On the serious side, nose bleeds stop. Been doing this for several winter seasons. This one was the worst. I should see a doc but fuck I live at doc offices. Twice a year at my MD. Twice a year at the dermatologist. Every year for my MS doc. Every year for my prostate cancer doc. And some i cannot remember. Anyway, I want to go to no more docs unless I am in intolerable pain or fucking dying.

    In the winter when I don't have fresh jalapenos and habaneros from the garden I rely solely on my hot sauces for heat. I added a full Grolsch bottle of what I believe to be peach and maybe pineapple sauce made with dozens of reapers, scorpions, scotch bonnets, habaneros, hence the liquid. I also do stuff like blueberry and strawberry. Need to steam off some stuff at the end but nobody can touch my chilli.. This would do some of you guys in the polar vortex well.

    two more days of work after one hell of a stretch, though with the weather and the shitty 4 hour shift i have tomorrow i might be taking a day off. been staying off the beer more or less but i wouldn't want these to get too old ya know. cheers my friends

    Looks great! One of my favorite things about making chili is having leftovers for days. Chili pasta, chili eggs, chili cheese burger. I'll stop right there before I start to sound like Bubba talking about shrimp.

    I think the dad of my best friend back in junior/high school had the Duane Allman Anthology on vinyl. You know, that'd be great for a few weekends from now, but I digress. I see now that is where a few of these posts came from, seemingly. So I'll post my favorite Allman Brothers, supposedly one of the few live versions with Duane, but who's to trust the internet:
