    Tried Caffe della Vitta last night. Man, I'm so glad it made a return! Great coffee notes, light pistachio, but a good dose of vanilla in the end. Should open up a little in a few days, hopefully. Already got a growler, might grab a few more. Typical Belgian Tripel notes otherwise. Spicess, belgian sugar. Goes down way too easy for something hovering at 10%.

    A lot of the people we were with in the tasting room have not had it ever, including Sean behind the bar that he remembers. So, I'm stoked it's back and looks to maybe last a bit.

    That was the first beer they did that got my attention. The pistachio and vanilla work really well with the base beer and the coffee just puts it over the top.

    How crazy are Monkish releases? I'm not from Cali but I have a friend that lives close to them. Does every release have a 1-2 hour line? Do they sell out immediately? Thanks in advance

    This one has always alluded me for some weird reason but today I finally was able to grab some. Of course this is green and hoppy AF right now, just how I like em', but I can imagine where this will be in a week or two.
