    Have a nice Monday BA.

Fat Orange Cat/Decadent collab Pastry stout. This was amazing. Dense oil pour, fantastic head retention/thick lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, molasses, toffee, cinnamon, chili peppers, vanilla, cream, fudge, brownie batter, roasted nuts, and toasted dark/brown bread/crust; with lighter notes of licorice, raisin, fig, date, smoke, char, wood, leather, tobacco, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal, woody, grassy, cinnamon, and roast/char bitterness on the finish. Minimal ancho chili pepper spiciness. Light-medium carbonation and very full body; with a very smooth, creamy, silky, velvely, and rich mouthfeel that is amazing. Light slickness, sticky hops/spice, and chalky roast in the mouthfeel. Slightly increasing lingering bitter dryness; no cloying, acrid, astringency. Dangerously smooth drinking, mild increasing warmth of 13%, with minimal lingering pepper heat. Not overwhelming on any aspect. Amazing balanced rich malts, cinnamon, chocolate, ancho chile, and vanilla complexity; with solid earthy hop presence. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. Great fruity pepper flavor, with minimal added heat. Glad I got the pack as expected. Nailed this all around. Would be worth getting again for the price vs Bomb.

Good day BAs! Yet another typical spring/summer/fall morning here in NW PA - cold and overcast with a daily threat of rain. Anyway, today's New Breakfast Beer is quite tasty:

Still tasting amazing. Flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, and pine hops; with balanced caramel, toffee, brown sugar, bourbon, charred oak, and brown bread sweetness; with lighter notes of coconut, vanilla, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness; and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; balanced creamy/bready malts, sticky/resinous/rindy hops, and bourbon/oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/resin/tannic dryness; no astringency. Lightly increasing warmth of 12.2%, mild barrel booziness lingering after the finish. Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe hop complexity from reDANKulous; awesome malt balance and barrel integration. Not overly sweet for the ABV. Liked it a lot more than the base beer. Feels more dank than I remember, even with the barrel aging. Definitely a lot more mellowed and balanced out after 12 months. Still have a few left.

Amazing NEIPA as always. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, pineapple, peach, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, lemon zest, orange peel, and light pepper/pine hops; with balanced honey, wheat, toasted bread, light caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy, silky, bready malt mouthfeel; light sticky hops and slight resins. Slightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, never astringent. Super smooth/soft, 7%. Used to be Boxer, but some legal crap made them change the name. I slightly prefer it over M43. More malty from the Vienna/Munich malts; and also prefer the hop profile more because of Equinox/Mosaic additions. Old Nation is making the best NEIPAs in the state. Always have them in the fridge. This was my last can, think it is out of season now.

Excellent gose. Great fluffy head retention/spotty foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of juicy/tart/tangy boysenberry, blackberry, raspberry, elderberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, mango, peach, pear, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, red/green apple, red grape/wine, watermelon, bubblegum, kiwi, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, toasted bread, biscuit dough malts; light peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts, lactic acid, and some fruit tang/tannins, and light salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy dryness; no puckering. Very flavorful/refreshing, not overly lactic/salty, 5.3%. Awesome balance between juicy/jammy fruits, Lacto complexity, quinoa, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Glad I got the 6 pack as expected. Spot on stuff for the style.

Amazing DIPA. Aromas and flavors of huge red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, light peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate honey, cracker, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Slight booze in the aromas as it warms. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Dangerously smooth, not aggressive, mild increasing warmth of 10%. Feels like Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, and Columbus. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice balancing bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness, very well attenuated for the ABV. Will always grab this when I see it, same with Bodhi.

Happy Monday ba. My second can of this and its just a very nice double barrel spiced stout. I get a rather pronounced cinnamon flavor, which I love, and a plethora of candied fruit notes. 1/10/19,

I'm having a Brut IPA by Anderson Valley. It's a real looker, with a great, almost clear, dark golden color. There's good retention on the head and excellent lacing. It smells and tastes of lemon/lime, cracker/dough and apricot. Oddly, it doesn't feel dry, which is supposed to be a hallmark of brut IPAs, right? Overall, a pretty damn good beer that I'd buy again.
