I was just enjoying a Celebration Ale and thinking to myself what an iconic label this has become.

I know the colors have varied but the cabin and theme have remained the same for so many years (so far as I can remember).

This made me think - what are your favorite craft beer iconic labels that have stood the test of time?

At one time Sam Adams had some nice labels. Now they just keep getting worse and worse with each successive change. For that matter, so does Abita.

Wicked Weed packaging has been great from the beginning. The entire branding exercise was a brilliant success that was well thought out and ultimately very rewarding.

New fireplace/chimney in a different location? Or maybe the front and the back of the place look the same ("shotgun shack" style)? Either way, new windows...[IMG]

Good call on the difference - I like the older windows as the two over two panes and three over three panes represent an older time. While I like the sled in the first image I prefer the raging fire evidenced by the pouring smoke in the second label....

Logsdon’s labels are pretty sexy to me:

Probably depends on how you want to approach things but Founders Breakfast Stout always had a certain pull for me.

    Just always dug it.

Nothing better than a young lady squeezing into that dress with handfuls of beer. Winner for sure.

Iconic? Old Rasputin, Delirium Tremens, and St. Bernardus for me

Deschutes Jubel Ale. Different every year but the fantastic artwork makes it iconic.

Can't go wrong with a baby with a beer. And awesome photo of Jerry Reed.

There’s so many great labels out there, but a simply Pliny is just utterly simple, and it’s really perfection. Sometimes simplicity can be overwhelming.

Because, while it's certainly a great beer, its label leaves a lot to be desired.
