Have a good Sunday. Another night of gaming and chilling. I slept until 6PM yesterday. Started up a game of Planet Coaster finally. I have been buying too many games, but I will play all of them eventually. Completing them is a completely different story, and a rarity. I had to go rescue some friends from Pontiac at 1130PM, because of a flat tire with no replacement; they will get it towed and repaired tomorrow.

Stone Neverending Haze IPA. Excellent session NEIPA. Opaquely murky. Great fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toasted malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness; no hop astringency. Very smooth/soft, zero warming 4%, with minimal lingering hop burn after the finish. Awesome Citra/Mosaic profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great wheat/oat/malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. No complaints. Held up extremely well for December canning. Loved the hop profile as expected. 4

Enjoying this collaboration pour by Revolution Brewing and Pollyanna released Friday called Lederhosen Luau.

Lederhosen Luau features Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic hops, and a brewed with German wheat, pils, vienna, and Munich malts. It's a unique pour and one I'm glad I picked up this weekend. I wrote a review for the New Beer Sunday thread.

Have a great Sunday, enjoy some beers and hope you all have a great week!

Goodmorning advocates. Went for a drive this morning and saw nothing but boarded up small businesses. Even the pharmacy's are closed. Can't even watch the news because it just breaks my heart. I will start with some peanut butter toast stout from omnipollo. I usually avoid omnipollo beers because of the gimmicks. I rarely have an above average beer from them but this one satisfied all my needs. Omnipollo hippodamia, Thick fudge and huge peanut butter chocolate flavor. A real delight from these guys. Hope you guys have a safe and good Sunday cheers

Good day BAs! Thanks, Ian, for starting us off today. This will be a cross-post with NBS:

A "can conditioned" pilsner - 3.92. Pretty decent other than it's propensity to foam over.

I just played through my first scenario in Planet Coaster. Outstanding game, very big classic RCT vibe, controls, and management layout with some overall improvements. I got the gold star level requirements done, but did not get the Steam achievement. Apparently a common problem in the forums. I will just have to live with it for now. Also bought remastered Age of Empires 2. I am feeling like some RTS recently, but haven't really did anything about it.

Transient Junie Goes Coconuts. Awesome imperial stout. Nice fluffy head retention/spotty foamy lacing. Some coconut floaties. Aromas and flavors of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, toasted coconut, roasted nuts, fudge, and dark/rye bread; with lighter notes of molasses, toffee, licorice, raisin, fig, date, smoke, char, herbal, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Minimal booze in the aromas as it warms. Mild herbal, grassy, roast, charred bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and very full body; very creamy/silky/velvety/bready malts; light slickness, sticky hops, chalky roast in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness; no cloying/acrid/astringency. Very smooth/soft, mild increasing warmth of 12.5%, with minimal lingering booze after the finish. Awesome balance of super rich malts, caramel, and coconut flavors; with mild earthy hops and restrained fruity yeast. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Very impressive, just a bit better than the Transient stout I reviewed last week. This was less fruity/boozy. 4.1

Lagunitas Born Yesterday. Still tasting great. Flavors of huge red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, biscuit, light honeyed malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky/resinous hops in the mouthfeel. Crisp/drying finish and never astringent on bitterness. Amazing juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop profile; with a clean pale malt backbone. Refreshingly drinkable for an IPA. Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic hops this year. Used to have Equinox for years, but I guess they couldn't find much this year. Almost finished these off.

Coffee is absolutely perfect in this. Bitterness on the finish makes it damn near perfect.
