Foam Photos (2020)

Not sure if this is a better foam photo or lace photo. I just know it's gorgeous.

 

Nothing different about the technique, but for some reason my Ayinger Urweisse went crazy today.

 

Boss pours still exist in a lot of bars. Makes me wince every time.

 

oh god...a boss pour from draft? You’d have to have the pressure down so low on the keg system. And how the hell are you supposed to bring it from the taps to the customer without a sloppy mess? I need names!!!

 

*shrug* They just fill the glass up to the rim. Which makes sense from the perspective of giving you your money's worth and decreasing time spent for the bartender. But a little more head would be nice.

That's impressive that a dollop of the foam can fall onto the foot of the glass and not dissipate.

 

Tripel Karmeliet is always goodness.
