What beer are you drinking now? #3023

I am drinking MadTree's TreeSearch No.04 IPA....its awesome...im upset I missed 1, 2 and 3.

 

Beer number three is this IPA from Wellington Brewery in Guelph, Ontario. A very good beer from a very good brewery.

At almost sixty this isn’t really my thing anymore, but based on what I’ve seen I think there is an audience here for these Canadian purveyors of metal. Also, this song is from a bit of a genre classic. Cheers.

Phase Three DDH Unchecked Imagination. The motueka really shines in this one. Big tropical melon. Just finished the latest episode of Wandavison. Really enjoying it. Such unique and intricate tv. Cheers to the weekend BA!

NA Brew # 2 - gotta get rid of these suckers this weekend!



decided to "treat myself" for my good behavior this month and no alcohol....hurry Feb!

 

First and only beer for the night probably. Just found I'm getting a covid shot on Wednesday so I feel like a weights been lifted but, can't get careless now. But, looking forward to a bit less anxiety overall. Can't believe I made it this far working at a grocery store with a vape in my pocket with my wallet and phone.

 

Bit cold around this part of the world today. Hope you have a heat source on that deck!

A couple of nice beers so far today. Started out with a beer from Fort Hill Brewing out in Easthampton, MA. Fresh Pick IPA. A great fruity NEIPA, a little light in the mouthfeel, but damn refreshing. Even more refreshing is that it's $9.99 for a 6-pack of 12oz cans.



Followed up by...

The Substance by Bissell Brothers. My local shop got a drop of this yesterday and they were selling singles. It's different than I remember, but the last time I had it was a while ago. It kinda reminds me of weed + clementines, which is surprisingly great.




Currently listening to Yankee Hotel Foxtrot on my turntable at very loud volumes. Sounds great.

 

Very cool! Wanted to his the Maritimes last August but you know what happened. Wasn't fortunate to see either artist, though saw Plant and Page a few times and almost convinced my parents to get tickets to the Chicago Stadium Zeppelin show, that unfortunately ultimately never happened.

My first concert was a few years later, the Invisible Touch tour by Genesis, which @guinness77 fully covered last night in his excellent review of the album and band.

Second and final pour today, than hitting a much needed nap before waking up to ready my library pickup inspired by @champ103 , Madison Smartt Bell's Waiting For The End Of The World.

Finally made it to the weekend, survived working outside today, temps in the teens. Starting with Arctic Panzer Wolf by 3 Floyd’s. Tasty malty brew right here, cheers all!

 

I got my notice today to get my second dose of Moderna Vaccine February 1st.
