    Fair State Too Far Juice Fruited Sour, 5.9% ABV. Pours thick and opaque purple with a slight pink head that left residue instead of lacing. Nose is blackberry, dark fruit, and vanilla/marshmallow, taste follows, slightly sweet, slightly tart. Excellent smooth and thick mouthfeel, overall excellent. Not a pastry sour.

    Dinner tonight was crazy; I basically cooked two separate dinners for the four of us (my partner and I, and one of each of our kiddoes), and put it all together. That warranted double the normal liquid encouragement. :wink:

    Pacific Sunrise
    Single Hop
    6.2% abv.

    Canned 03/10/21.

    Moderate pour yields an almost one inch white head over a slightly hazy, light golden body with a bit of sticky lacing. Nose of citrus (lemon, orange) and tropical fruit (melon, mango, papaya) with slight pine. Taste has a bit of earthiness with hints of all the fruits mentioned with the pine coming in the middle right through to a medium bitter finish. Nice feel and overall, part of a series of single hop American Pale Ales and I recommend this easy drinking offering to all.

    Too bad Warren's guitar is a bit low in the mix...
