Single Hopped American Pale Ale
To illuminate the obscure and highlight the adored, we present our first single hop series of ales, Sole Shine American Pale Ales. Each ale in this series will utilize solely one hop variety to shine a light on the soul of the essences that can be uncovered by each. The second ale in this series deploys Pacific Sunrise hops to impart a tasty radiance of white grapes, melon, and mango with a slight floral touch.

Reviewing on the Nelson Sauvin variety.
Canned on 07/29/22.
If you're into single hop beers like I am this is a home run. Balanced, smooth, jucy going down and sublimely bitter and dry on the finish. A perfect blend of east and west coast style ales.

16 oz. can.
Canned 03/10/21.
Moderate pour yields an almost one inch white head over a slightly hazy, light golden body with a bit of sticky lacing. Nose of citrus (lemon, orange) and tropical fruit (melon, mango, papaya) with slight pine. Taste has a bit of earthiness with hints of all the fruits mentioned with the pine coming in the middle right through to a medium bitter finish. Nice feel and overall, part of a series of single hop American Pale Ales and I recommend this easy drinking offering to all.
Cheers to the guys just up the road in Hyde Park, VT!
