2020 Thread Onslaught of optimism for Lillian & Ryan: A tactically sound/complex addition to Waterbury
I was definitely excited to see this. It won't make my trips to VT any less expensive, but great to see that they are going to have a place of their own.
--- Tomorrow! 8/14 We are celebrating 2 years by bringing back a couple classics (Which happen to be the very first beers we originally released 2 years ago) as well as a new offering. Exclusively sold at our new location: 12pm-4pm 28 Stowe street Waterbury, Vermont There are no plans for distribution at this time. Due to the current construction going on in our space, sales will be curbside. Cabin bier A new iteration of the cult classic. Brewed with floor malted pilsner malt and gently hopped with German huell melon and fermented with our house culture in a Chardonnay barrel .Brewed back in fall of 2019. This beer has been cellaring in bottles for 16 months. Brewed October 2019 Bottled April 2020 46 cases produced $15 Limit 2pp Lodestar III Ale fermented in oak with mixed culture. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and gently hopped with cascade. blended of the same base beer fermented in a 500L puncheons and a 225L wine barrel. This has spent one year in bottles. Brewed March 2020 Bottled July 2020 64 cases produced $22 Limit 3pp Melvin Back in December of 2019 we lost one of our best friends. The coolest, friendliest and most wonderful cats, Melvin. We decided to make a beer in his honor to reflect his loving personality. 10% of the profit from Melvin will be donated to Francis of Assisi Society for Animals based in Bennington, VT. We encourage anyone looking to adopt to reach out to FOA at francisofassisirescue.org Melvin is an amber farmhouse ale fermented with mixed culture. Brewed with pale, biscuit and caramel malts. This is a 50/50 blend after spending a year in a combination of oak and stainless. Brewed December 2019 Bottled December 2020 86 cases produced $18 Limit 4pp ---

Sometimes you put something out into the ether and it pays off. I'll be on a trip to HF on the 19th so this worked out perfect.

Saw that as well, I'll def be searching those out. Side note for people that got in on the FF pre-order it looks like they are offering Lodestar 3pp at pickups.
