I'm drinking a quick SN Celebration Ale. I've got a nice sunny day so I expect to get
a few outside projects done before it gets too cold next week. Enjoy what's in your
glass today. BTW there's noting wrong with the can, just a bad edit that I didn't fix

Thank you @tolar111 for kicking things off. Hopefully you are coping well with Saratoga idle for the next eight months.

With all of the coffee talk going on, I was inspired to select this beer from my cellar.

2019 BCBS Grand Cafe de Olla Stout

Full cellar review treatment in the cellar review thread. Long story short, this held up well, orange dropped off, cinnamon rose, slight bourbon alcohol burn. Not as good as fresh, but held up well like most BCBS offerings. Would drink now/soon if you still have one or more.

Only have four more songs worthy of repeating here from the 1998/1999 Saturday set. Here are two.

    @russpowell may appreciate this one

Always liked the Red Hot Chili Peppers - The band and the pepper.

Morning, BAs! Just finished a daily Fall walk, and now it's time for a beer.

Outer Light Peanut Butter Pitch and Roll

Pretty disappointing beer, as Outer Light is better than this - including the unadulterated Pitch and Roll. It's not bad, it's just not as good as it should be.

Good morning/afternoon Advocates! Great to be here with you and thanks @tolar111 for todays spiffy thread. It's cloudy and 40F here and I gotta go work outdoors now for a couple of hrs. Faced with this detail it automatically entitles me to have a fine brew. Put on some thinsulate gear and whammed into this new beer: Fernson Gallivant Hazy IPA 7.3%ABV. Wondering Hop Series BATCH 8. Batchy McBatchface!! It is super smooth, lightly tropical nose, lightly bitter with a fast finish. This beer feels like a friend just walked into the room. Keep on smilin' & Cheers! I'll be back in a bit ;-)

Not too bad. Cocoa the dominant flavor here. Just a tad too sweet for my palate, but overall pretty good.

I really tried to get a photo of the eight sumo squirrels I grew this year - a bumper crop! But they kept exploding and scattering to the trees every time I opened the door - so I I got you this instead! :beers:

Well, I decided to go into work on my day off to see if my co-worker survived his vacation at Disney World with a Disney fanatic. He did, and had lots of stories to tell.
I picked this up at work today, on sale.

And, of course, no way in hell am I waiting till December to kick it off, and, probably, going to finish it off in less than 24 days.

    Mobcraft IPA - 6.7% ABV

Yeah, this is very old school, and I'm loving it.

This beer pours a semi-clear dark golden color, almost amber. The head, when poured from the can, is pretty minimal. It is white, but not too long lasting.
The aroma is really making me happy. I'm getting a lot of pine in it, and very little citrus.
Taste - I am getting just a ton of pine here from the hops, and just a very faint hint of citrus. Pine is the star here from the hops.
The body is quite sticky, and resin feeling. Hops linger.
Damn good older school IPA. I am a fan, but it's hard to find in this day and age.
