Gentle to moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a light to medium golden body with fairly thick lacing and lively bubbles feeding it's head. Floaties abound!

Nose of fruit (pear?), spice, and slight citrus (orange.)

Taste of (in no particular order) honey, some bread, slight citrus, pear, peach, spice, caramel. Definite orange peel on the finish with the spice and a bit of honey as well.

Feel is above average for the style.

Overall, I was very excited for this way before I had one in my hand and was not let down at all! Seek this out!! Cheers!!!

Dragged my ass into work this blizzardy morning. Took an extra 35 minutes and of course I was 15 min late. No thanks for showing up. I like my company but the local leadership is total shit.

Just getting home and having a Red Chair pale ale from the bottle. Revisiting after 8 years. I like it. Listening to sports talk radio while food is cooking. Get to do it again Sunday.

I am glad to hear the news was good! I am not a doc (just a dumbass clueless accountant) but to my understanding alcohol can have a blood thinner effect so be careful about mixing a prescription blood thinner with alcohol. Check with the doc though.

 

all I can say is that Brock Lesnar would be proud of you! Nicely done... as a former Hash House Harrier member of Austin, this means a lot.

I have had my share of chicken tenders. Wife uses the air fryer now to cook them. I think cooking them in the air fryer reduces the fat content. That is the bad news. The good news is…..hell there is no good news.
