Hittin' this Oskar Blues Can-O-Bliss Citrus IPA. It's kinda juicy, sweet & tropical with a bit of alcohol in the taste. A bit warming for an IPA and every lil' bit of a pineapple is crammed into it. Not too shabby! Cheers!

 

Thats a chicken tenderloin. They clip the tendon off the end but that tendon still runs through the middle. We use them in the restaurant and I fkn hate them. Not my choice. Im getting very good money for just coming in, prepping, doing parties and line cooking on the busy nights. Im not the Chef there...they dont have one and unless they agreed to my standards, which they wont, I will never be. I hate those clipped tenders.

 

Finally got this Odell-Rupture IPA up to temp about 49 degrees and it is really quite good. Yea, I prefer this to Hopslam. It is not near my sweetness barrier and the hop character is really nice, along with a lower abv.

I got a small pork shoulder cut in the oven braising. Been there for 6 hours at 200 and now turning up a bit to reduce the sauce and let it get a bit more tender.

 

Just had a taco salad made with fresh cooked chicken along with beans, home made guac, tomato, lettuce, rice and more. Quite good and filling on this cold night. I thought it was chilly and looked at the thermostats and they read 60. I cranked them to 65.

I really enjoy this beer. Direct from Fonta F last spring. Dated December 2020. No carbonation, big dark chocolate coffee smell, coffee with a good body and chocolate finish. I like it. Need to get a hand on some of the new batch and see how that compares.

Whats your favorite pop song? This might be the best one.
