Kinda strange that there’s been nothing mentioned about bottles of Forever Darkness after a draft only debut with I’m guessing one 1/6th barrel. Anybody got any inside info that was talked about at the draft release?

 

Could be possible that due to the bottle shortage the actual release of it has been postponed

 

especially considering that draft release got pushed back 2 weeks

 

They’re also probably focused on the Invitational since it’s next month

Don't those Ambiente bottles say drink within 90 days?

 

I don’t recall, but seems reasonable. I’ve only had 2019 and my pics didn’t capture additional info on the bottle label.

I’m sure those more in the know can chime in on the bottle info.

I’ve seen things like that before, Hill Farmstead does it on some of their bottles, but I see it as a way for a brewer to discourage cellaring and suggest a recommended drink by time before a person cellars it without ever having drank it “fresh.”

Isn't it weird for them to cellar and then sell a beer they told people to drink fresh?
