What beer are you drinking now? #3446

WarPigs Foggy Geezer IPA (6.8%) and Lagunitas Super Cluster IPA (8.0%):

1) WarPigs Foggy Geezer: A hazy IPA collaboration from Indiana and Denmark to create citrus and hop flavors of orange, peach, and tangerine. Juicy resinously sweet.
2) Lagunitas Super Cluster: A Citra IPA from California with flavors of orange, citrus flower, and sweet tangerine underneath. Shows the Citra hop and sweetness.


Overall, I think Lagunitas Super Cluster is the better IPA here with the nice Citra flavors, although may be the worse can art in history. Pretty sure I could create their can with Microsoft '98 WordArt . How badass is the Foggy Geezer can art here...

My last Powder Day IPA, brewed in Mills River, North Carolina by Sierra Nevada.



Like most Sierra Nevada beers, this held up well over the nearly 4 months since it was canned (12/2/21) late into the night shift (10:50 PM).

 

Neoblast. Double IPA from Equilibrium.
It was smiling at me in the bottleshop I try to stay away from the over 10 €/$ cans. But this one is still worth every cent.

I'm old enough to remember paying with (metal) coins to play this epic game of Space Invaders on arcade machines (that was early 80's). Time flies when you're having fun.

Finally got out walking with the pup this afternoon, after a 2 day hiatus due to the weather and my visit to my daughter's Saturday.....only 24 degrees and windchill of 9....but supposed to be near 70 on Wednesday....typical early spring weather!

Good afternoon BA's. Another windy day south of Asheville with temps in the mid-50's.
Only having one at the bar today as dinner prep and Monday night poker occur in the next three hours...can't get faced before the poker game LOL!
Having a "hazy IPA" from Southern Range from the Greater Charlotte area. This has been lingering in my beer fridge for a while. Getting a major lemon forward flavor which either from the Falconer's Flight or the beer is just too old. Unfortunately, the holiday brews and fresh DIPAs and TIPAs took priority this winter. Will need to seek out another can and re-evaluate.
Da Boss is spinning tunes and just heard a cool passionate song from the 90's.

Nice little hike of 3 mountains in the Belknap range today. Not exactly Spring weather, felt like a late fall hike - temps in the teens and very windy... also plenty of snow/ice remaining.

Trying another of the Fractal Series from EQ. Canned 22-03-08. Not in the database yet, and gotta admit I'm not impressed. Okay flavor profile, but very thin/weak. I might not care much for the Cashmere either. Kinda boring.

85° and sunny. Perfect weather for a sit-down at Fort Myers Brewing here in SW Florida.

This is a tap pull called “OYA” - On Yo Ass - 10.5% ABV, hoppy and quite refreshing.
And the water for the heat!
