    It's 10pm Friday here and no-one has started this thread, so here's my contribution for the day...

    Sunny Side Up Coffee Stout by Pizza Boy Brewing Co. out of Enola, PA, courtesy of @TurkeysDrinkBeer. I have no idea where Enola, PA, is but needless to say it's another great stout that has traveled halfway around the world to land beside my Rosemary plants.

    A coffee stout followed by an Espresso stout from Japan. Seems like we’re off to a great start today.

    Midday here, and the second time I am drinking this stout from this well respected and established Japanese brewery. Hitachino.

    This is a great stout, and made not far from where I'm based. They make some excellent beers but I haven't been buying them a lot as the owner is not the kind of character I want to support. His childish feud with DFH's Sam Calagione over a beer name is well documented. I hate it when brewers I don't want to support make good beer (see Tired Hands). Not entirely boycotted but reluctantly avoided when I can.

    Mate, don't ever be afraid to show your sketches! We all have our talents (well, except me!) and we should proudly flaunt them before the world's gaze! If someone doesn't like them that's their problem.

    I wasn't aware there was any bad blood in regards to this brewer but now I'm intrigued. Am heading to bed now but I expect a full report from you waiting for me when I wake in (hopefully) eight or so hours! Failing that I'll just google it! :grin:

    Not drinking anything at the moment but disappointed at Wales' loss to Iran, even though it was 100% fair. I hope they can play better against England at the next game.

    Canned 10/6/21. Some bitter roast coffee, but still plenty of bourbon. Boozy hot full mouth warmth from 14.8%. This will take the chill off!

    G'day all!

    Michelob still lives in my neck of the woods. Code reads 22273. 273rd day of 2022? Anywho, it has a nice malty taste with a kick of hoppy bitterness. I've bought it before and this is the best tasting to date.

    I also bought a couple of bottles of Bourbon County Brand Stout while I was at the store. $11.99 each.
