What beer are you drinking now? #4001

Good day BAs! Thanks to @MadMadMike for starting today's thread at 0302 EST!

Spent the last two days processing apples, today I get to work on building my new work bemch, then it's processing more apples, then jalapenos, then more apples, etc.

Today's New Breakfast Beer:



An odd combination of cranberry and orange that tastes and smells like neither, yet neither aroma nor taste are off-putting, just ODD. This one is easily pounded (5.5%) but a little too heavy to be refreshing. It's almost good but it's definitely drinkable. Apparently I'm the first BA to brave this one, at least I couldn't find it listed. Rating 3.53, rDev 0% (First review)

I did more today before 9 AM than I do most days. Don't think that/s how the commercial went back in the day.

Wasn't surprised this beer outlasted Chicago baseball.

Brrr..a chilly morning in Casper. That calls for something warming and this does the trick. Bottled on June 11th 2020, it's holding up very nicely.

Happy Wednesday ba. Up and at it with the day off. Flannel fest, Munich dunkel, sa. These are pretty nice. Crisp and balanced with nice roasted malt notes

Right along here ba. The hoppy lager- sa. Decent enough drinking. Hoppy upfront with citrus notes and I get a lot of grain/grass notes on the finish.

 

Weihenstephaner Festbier. The only Festbier that is somewhat widely available here. I could drink this year round

It's an okay beer overall, tasting somewhere between Fest and Helles.
