According this this thread, https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/old-rasputin-dates.611244/ the format for Old Rasputin bottles is YBBBMMDD. Yet, I have two bottles that are clearly marked as 05032016. I am assuming the first number of '0' indicates the year as 2020. Still, the complete # can't translate according to above format, as there are not 20 months in a year!
I think you have a 2016 version because my bottle share group acquired a case of Old Rasputin in 2016 and the bottles' date codes had a 2016 as the last four digits.
My ALL TIME FAVORITE BEER......not sure i ever saw a date code, probably never looked....it'sa stout!

I haven't had it in quite some time but I did pick up a 4 pack for the holiday weekend. Mine reads 31130925 which would indicate it's a fairly fresh bottle which is not that surprising as I am located in Northern California. It's hoppier than I remember.
