    WHAT'S IN THE BOX?!
    Twelve kickass, high ABV beers!

    Stereo Sets: The Red Tape
    3 Sons Brewing Co. (Florida)
8% ABV (16oz can): Imperial Red IPA! Nostalgia in a glass! Hopped with Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Idaho 7.

    Get Thicker Skin
    Anchorage Brewing Co. (Alaska)
8.4% ABV (16oz can): DDH with Galaxy and Riwaka hops.

    Querido y Perdido
    Casita Brewing Co. (North Carolina)
11% ABV (16oz can): Imperial Stout brewed with cinnamon, cocoa nibs, vanilla, and chile peppers. Dedicated to those we have loved and lost and ones who have survived for whom life will never be the same. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

    Molotov Cocktail NYC Version
    Evil Twin Brewing (New York)
12% ABV (16oz can): A modern take on an Evil Twin classic and our biggest IPA ever, that we first brewed almost 10 years ago and still produce! Hopped with Cascade, Citra, Ariana, & Sabro. Brewed with mango and orange. Flavors of mango & orange with prominent accents of pineapple & stone fruits. Full bodied. Subtle bitterness.

    Centurion
    Finback Brewery (New York)
10% ABV (16oz can): Triple IPA dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Talus Cryo, Citra and Nelson.

    Imperial Walker’s Reserve
    Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (California)
12% ABV (500ml bottle): We dusted off the recipe for one of our original beers, Walker’s Reserve porter, and added a few new twists. A hint of beechwood-smoked malt and aged in eight-year-old bourbon barrels for 12 months created this bold canvas: a bourbon-soaked porter with suggestions of s’mores from the campfire released in a limited edition 500 mL bottle.

    Haze Division
Great Notion Brewing x Track Brewing (Oregon & England)
8.1% ABV (16oz can): We riffed with Track Brewing from Manchester, England on Haze Division, a double dry hopped DIPA featuring Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Citra Lupomax, Nectaron, and Simcoe.

    Glycerin: Pineapple + Raspberry
    Hudson Valley Brewery (New York)
8% ABV (16oz can): Double Fruit Sour DIPA with wheat and oat, milk sugar, pineapple and raspberry; hopped with Citra and Nelson.

    Extra Extra Ghostly Bits
Parish Brewing Co. x Weldwerks Brewing Co. (Louisiana & Colorado)
8% ABV (16oz can): We’ve teamed up with our friends from out west at WeldWerks to bring you our latest DIPA, Extra Extra Ghosty Bits, which blends the recipes of DDH Ghost in the Machine with their Extra Extra Juicy Bits. The explosion of tangerine, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach, and grapefruit, is so vibrant it might make you question if real fruit was added. An extra-heavy and saturated double dry hop of Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado dials up these tropical flavors to insane levels. Despite its absurd hop juiciness, Extra Extra Ghosty Bits is grounded by just enough bitterness to remind you it’s a Double IPA, delivering a punch with one hand and an enticing fruit bouquet with the other.

    Supermassive Cafe Deth
    Revolution Brewing (Illinois)
14.8% ABV (12oz can): Inspired in part by the disconcertingly large gravitational singularity at the center of our galaxy, we devised Supermassive Café Deth to be the midpoint of a theoretical bourbon barrel-aged stout-coffee continuum. After a painstaking eighteen months of aging, this slightly sweet blend of Deth's Tar meets its cosmic binary in the form of freshly roasted Dark Matter coffee to the tune of ten pounds per oak barrel.

    Punchdown Chambourcin
    Side Project Brewing (Missouri)
9% ABV (375ml bottle): Punchdown was the first hybrid beer we ever brewed. For this second release of Punchdown Chambourcin, we chose Chambourcin grapes from Noboleis Vineyards in the Augusta AVA along the Missouri River, located 32 miles from our brewery, for this wine inspired beer. As with the process of all of our fruited wild ales, and different than our Terroir Project hybrids, we blended mature beer (2 year old French Oak Flanders-inspired Red) with the wine grape must and then allowed the blend to re-ferment in stainless steel for 8 months before being naturally conditioned in the bottles and kegs.

    Poet’s Walk
    Suarez Family Brewery (New York)
10.6% ABV (375ml bottle): Our “glass-aged” barley wine brewed the day after Xmas in 2017. From there we lagered in a stainless steel tank for just over three months before bottle conditioning in 375 mL bottles. We’ve been sitting on these bottles since then allowing for time and oxygen to do its thing—bringing complexity and depth. Sensory notes of peanut brittle, Oloroso sherry, twangy pomegranate molasses, date-walnut, maple sugar, dried fig, leather, tobacco, dark toffee, loam, wine macerated sultanas.

    FAQ / HELP

How many beers are included in the box?
Boxes include one beer from each of our twelve (12) participating breweries ranging in package format and volume size. Each box should provide ample sampling for at least two people. Sharing is caring!

Why does this box cost $119.99 + shipping?
Shipping and handling thousands of boxes of awesome beer isn't cheap. We also pay for all of the beer and whatnot. On top of this, the cost of literally everything has gone up in recent years.

Will the beers be shipped cold?
No. It's cost-prohibitive and we've had issues with boxes breaking down due to the moisture. That said, the beer will always be in a temp controlled facility, except when in route for delivery, and Half Time will hold back shipments based on local temps.

    Will this box include drinkware?
    No.

Why is the box only available in certain states and zip codes?
Shipping beer in America is whack! Each state has their own laws for shipping and receiving beer. As such, Half Time only ships to specific zip codes within the U.S. Please refer to Half Time’s shipping info page for more information.

Protip: You can always arrange to have your box shipped to a friend or family member in a neighboring state.

    When will my box ship?
To ensure the product is as fresh as possible, please be advised that boxes won't ship immediately upon purchase. Boxes will begin shipping on Friday, October 18, 2024 and arrival times will vary depending on the destination state.

If I live near a Half Time Location, can I pick up my box in person?
No. Self-pick up isn’t an option for this box.

What if I'm not home when my box gets delivered?
An adult age 21+ must be at the physical address provided when purchasing to receive and sign for the package. Most carriers attempt delivery three times. To contact your carrier, their information is listed on your tracking link provided by Half Time. Please contact [email protected] or call Half Time at (914) 814-6114 to help contact your carrier for re-delivery attempts.

What if my box of beers shows up damaged?
Please contact [email protected] or call at (914) 814-6114 for assistance.

    Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds, or partial refunds, will be issued. All breweries advertised have confirmed providing beer for this box, however, breweries and beers are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from the failure of any brewery to appear in the box.

Will there be a dedicated forum?
No. But there's a dedicated tasting thread in Beer Talk for those who want to discuss and post pictures as they work their way through the box.

Will there be a karma achievement?
No. Due to technical limitations, the ability to sync your BeerAdvocate account with your Half Time order isn’t possible.

    My question wasn't answered here.
Feel free to post your question in this thread.

It looks like a good mix of beers. It's cool to see a diverse lineup.

It's also incredibly generous that you guys are donating 100% of the proceeds in October to NC hurricane recovery efforts.

Oh nice, I had been thinking about how long it would be before another box. We know how much work these things are but they're a lot of fun  And now with a built-in cause, to boot.

Agreed! Hope those of you who live in the 33 or so US states that Half Time currently ships to enjoy it!
Killer lineup given the tight turnaround!
Thanks for the support! I'll start the thread just before the first boxes are scheduled to arrive.
We did Extreme Beer Box: BIG STOUTS last year, but needed to switch it up this time as we didn't have a lot of time to curate. Maybe next time!?
