    On Fridays I work in our satellite office, and try to stop at Post Road Tavern after work for a couple beers. They now brew their own as Rocky Coast Brewing. This is their pale ale. Very nice and very sessionable.

    To be fair, I already have a few Hopslams in the fridge... and Hop Wallop is hard to get fresh around here so when it is I pounce, I love them both equally... But I know Hopslam will be around "fresh" for a month, I may not see fresh Hop Wallop for another 6 months.... Also to be fair I do like Hop Wallop a smidge more!

    Stopped after work and did quick tasting with two friends from work. We had Brooklyn Black Ops, Bolt Cutter and BCBS.

    We each had the same order: BCBS, Bolt Cutter and Black Ops.

    Now off to dinner. Cheers!

    I love these threads. It always makes me thirsty even though I'm drinking a beer whilst viewing what everyone else is drinking.

    (And to stay on topic, I'm drinking Alaskan Brewing Co's Spring seasonal, a black IPA...it's pretty average, and I'm usually enthusiastic about the style).

    And after all that talk of pickin' up some Sam, SN and Blvd, I wound up with some Weihenstephaner hefe weiss-bier, plus a mix six of assorted oddballs. Oh well. It's just gonna have to do.

    I saw a bumper sticker on the way to schooling this morning that read, "IT IS WHAT IT IS."




    I also saw a flatbed tow truck, with a flatbed tow truck on it, with a old Toyota Land Cruiser on that.
