This was a tough one. Trying to keep it all in NE and to just one beer per brewery. In the end I tried to make sure all the styles I enjoy were included. The best taplist for me includes the beer that is suitable for the current temp/season

Yeah they seem to have quintessential more frequently.

either way, I feel these guys need to expand. It’s been great seeing them can over the last year, but they’re hampered by the lack of space. They tell me that the canning is done by hand by two people at a time. Kinda like when I had wifefrombelmonty capping my homebrew

 

Never tried it. Not a great hefe fan. I’d imagine they nail the style though.

Perfectly fine with draft limitations, as scaling gets divisive…Sovereign is disputatiously a contender for the “finest,” but the revisit needs solidification

Hill for me is the obvious toughest on these lists and Ann is kind of a copout for a draft beer, but it's my favorite all-time from them and we are dreaming lol. Otherwise I'd ditch Stallion, switch the Hill to Damon, and add Backacre Golden Sour (equally unlikely to ever be found on draft). Or I'd ditch Palatine, switch the Hill to Abner, and add Backacre.

Honestly though if I ever encountered this taplist somewhere, I'd probably be slamming cheaper pints of Workhorse and Gold Stock in between paying the occasional $6+/oz for Ann.
