A few years ago Columbus IPA was the beer I had dreams about and would have been top of this list but since they changed it last year I don't care if it's never made again.

This was pretty tough, good question OP

I couldn't decide if I wanted to maybe switch out Hofbrau for a good Munich Helles......maybe Paulaner. You know what, I'd already have my "sessionable" dark beer covered with Anchor so the final spot goes to Paulaner

Also kinda want to switch out either Rochefort or St Bernardus for a really good American Imperial Stout because I know I'll want that at some point in the next ten years but I don't know which of those two god-tier Belgians I would cast out. I'm over thinking this....
