10 gallon batch, where to chill?

    Thanks. I'm mainly interested in what people do in the summer with bugs or other airborne things that can lurk outside. My back patio would be a little more convenient for brewing, but more susceptible to that than my garage. I think I'm going to cover with my current lid, and drape a towel over the remaining crescent caused from the tubing. Reasonable?

    Pick a non-windy day to brew outside (usually mornings here) and all is good...with or without the lid and towel.
