Hopefully Todd appreciates your contribution over the years more than your warnings...

Just passed the ten year mark myself. Time does fly! Don't review or post much but I peruse the website at least once a day to keep up with the fantastic unfolding world of beer. Love the site, the mag and the festivals. Thanks Bros!

This is my second go round with this site. Used to be "Flyseye" back in the really old days. Lots of changes for sure, mostly for the better. Don't trade anymore, or post often, but still enjoy the site. Cheers to all.

Coming up on my 10 year anniversary (Feb 6th). I've seen the town I live in go from one brewpub to 2 brewpubs and 3 production breweries. Plus, an explosion of craft beer bars and stores.

I printed off that list years ago and tried conquering it. Then the website changed about 15 times in 3 years and Top lists became completely impossible without spending millions of dollars and trading every week. {Sorry, for the grumpy old man "Get off my lawn" rant.} But I nearly completed that list. Still missing a handful.

Not really. In that time both my kids have graduated high school and college. That's an accomplishment. Lost my dad along the way. Looking back it has been a journey. Nice sentiment though.

Well, neither are brewed in Washington any longer. But I did tour both breweries when they were in operation. I remember the $3 12-pack days. And I'd have one again in a pinch.

I thought it was Westvleteren 12, Westy came later as people got lazy and discovered the time saved by using a bastardised version would enable them to have a more fulfilled life.

The crazy thing is that the shop I manage has 58 of those in stock right now, and if you include things like the Russian River bottles (which show up sporadically) we stock close to 80 of those beers over the course of a year. Fast forward to 2015, and I doubt many places have more than a dozen of the top 100 in stock because the list has been overrun by beer that can only be obtained by waiting in line or hitting the trade boards.
